I prepare all meals in the comfort of your home kitchen, offering a mix of fresh and freezer-friendly options tailored to your needs.
For optimal freshness, I recommend scheduling meal prep within 3 days of your surgery, especially if you prefer fresh meals.
Many clients choose to have me arrive on the day of their surgery and prepare meals while they are away. This way, when they return home, everything is stocked in the fridge and ready to enjoy at their convenience.

We will want to consult with your doctor for an approved list of recommended foods to aid in your recovery.
However, let us know what type of surgery you’re having and I can provide a detailed sample menu of likely options. Thank you! -
An anti-inflammatory diet is often recommended and incredibly helpful after surgery because it helps reduce swelling, pain, and discomfort while promoting faster healing. It also boosts the immune system, lowers the risk of complications like infection and scarring, and ensures the body gets the nutrients needed for optimal recovery. By incorporating anti-inflammatory foods like fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and lean proteins, the body can recover more efficiently.

Typically, after oral surgery, it’s recommended to eat nutrient-dense, lightly seasoned soft or blended meals for 1-2 weeks.
In the past, I’ve prepared items such as bisque soups, smoothie bowls, blended proteins, mashed vegetables, risotto, mac n cheese, popsicles, custards, and puddings.
And for pureeing, I have my trusty Vitamix- a top-of-the-line professional blender. It is known for its durability and powerful motor that creates ultra smooth puree’s. -
Remember. Dietary needs vary, so we must consult and follow your physicians recommended dietary plan.
After gallbladder surgery, following a low-fat diet that contains easily digestible foods is usually suggested. As well as eating smaller portioned meals more frequently.
It’s important to limit foods that are high in fat content, fried, spicy, or highly processed, as they can upset the digestive system or cause discomfort like constipation.
Foods that are generally well-tolerated after gallbladder surgery include:
Lean meats or meat substitutes: Chicken, turkey, fish, tofu, tempeh
High-fiber foods: Whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lentils
Nutrient-dense foods: Spinach, broccoli, kale, legumes, avocados, citrus fruits
Low-fat dairy: Skim milk, low-fat yogurt, Fat-free cottage cheese, plant-based alternatives
If you or a loved one is having surgery the last thing you want to worry about is cooking. I can prepare a week (or two!) of meals according to your physician’s recommended dietary plan. That way all you have to do is focus on healing.
