STEP 1: Menu Consultation

We'll begin with a chat and have your household complete a culinary survey. Then, I'll create a personalized menu that caters to your tastes and dietary needs. All preferences are welcome!

STEP 2: Grocery Shopping

I will shop for groceries and can buy your favorite brands. Or help you stay within a desired budget.

I will prep and package meals in your home, in your preferred containers. I can guide you on containers to purchase if needed.
