Clients are required to provide the following:
Kitchen range (stovetop and oven)
Basic cookware (pots, pans, sheet trays, etc.)
Preferred prep storage containers (airtight containers, Ziploc bags, cling wrap, etc.)
Preferred cleaning supplies (dish soap, sponges, etc.)
Chef Elisa will arrive with a fully equipped culinary tool kit, including everything from sharp knives and an immersion blender to all the essential gadgets needed to prepare your meals.

Once you’ve decided to try our service you will be given a list of available time slots. Bookings are on a first come, first served basis.
Chef Elisa will arrive at the clients home at the agreed upon date and time. She will need full access to the kitchen space for an estimated 3-5 hours. -
The chefs service fee is the cost for your chefs 8 hour work day. This covers the time spent menu planning, shopping, prepping, cleaning and commuting to make your meals possible.

Meals/Portions are based on a client by client basis.
Many clients request 3-5 days worth of fresh, reheatable meals, with portions based on the size of the household.
Other clients prefer to have two weeks’ worth of meals, which includes prep for the upcoming week as well as freezer-friendly options. -
You do not need to be home but are certainly welcome to be. I ask that distractions in the kitchen are kept to a minimum as I am on a strict time schedule.
Pets are okay too! I ask that dogs are either kenneled or we do a meet and greet if loose in the home. -
I charge for cost of ingredients because of clients personal preferences and ever fluctuating grocery prices.
I can build your menu around a price point if you’re not picky about brands. -
Receive a 20% discount if you shop and provide your own ingredients. I will provide you with a list of ingredients needed.

Grocery shopping locations vary depending on the client's location and preferences. However, I usually shop at a mix of local food co-ops, butcher shops, and farmers markets, as well as larger stores like Costco, Trader Joe's, Fred Meyer, and Restaurant Depot for convenience and variety.

Yes I am very experienced in developing alternative diet recipes as well as following specialized diet plans.
The best part about cooking in your home is there is no room for cross contamination if for example, you are celiac. -
